Combat Warriors Best Weapons & Combos (2026)

Combat Warriors Best Weapons & Combos (2026)

If you're getting destroyed in Combat Warriors, it's almost certainly because you can't parry. I'm not being mean - that's just how it works. This game rewards mechanical skill more than almost any other Roblox game, and the parry is the foundation everything else is built on. Master it and you'll start winning. Ignore it and you'll keep dying. This guide covers weapons, combos, and the techniques that separate fighters from punching bags.

Which Weapons Are Worth Using?

S Tier - Best in Game

  • Dragon Slayer - Massive damage, sweeping range. Controls space better than anything else. Top pick for heavy weapon players.
  • Yoru - High damage with excellent reach. Great for both 1v1s and fighting groups.
  • Chainsaw - Highest DPS in the game for light weapons. Shreds targets up close.

A Tier - Seriously Strong

  • Triple Katanas - Fast attacks with solid damage. Best light-class option for most players.
  • Greatsword - Good balance of speed and power. Easier to learn than Dragon Slayer.
  • Dual Swords - Fast combo potential with decent range.

B Tier - Fine for Learning

  • Katana - Reliable starter weapon. Good for learning fundamentals before moving up.
  • Sledgehammer - Slow but devastating single hits. Punishes mistakes hard.
  • Spear - Long range pokes. Safe but lower damage output.

The Parry Is Everything

I can't stress this enough - parrying is THE most important skill in Combat Warriors. A successful parry stuns your opponent and opens them up for a free combo. If you can't do this consistently, nothing else matters.

  • Timing is everything. Press parry right as your opponent's attack connects. Too early or too late and you eat the hit.
  • Don't panic parry. Spamming parry is the most common beginner mistake. Wait for the actual swing, then react.
  • Bait the parry. Walk toward your opponent like you're about to attack, then wait. Most players will panic parry, leaving them wide open for you.
  • Counter-parry. If someone parries your attack, you can parry their counter. This creates mind games at high levels that are incredibly fun.
  • Practice in 1v1s. Parry timing's different for each weapon. Practice against every weapon type until you're consistent.

Combos That Actually Kill

  • Basic combo: Attack > Attack > Attack. Simple but effective for finishing stunned opponents.
  • Parry combo: Parry > Immediate attack chain. They're stunned and can't block - follow up with max hits.
  • Kunai combo: Throw Kunai to stagger > Rush in with melee. Great for initiating from range.
  • Spin-and-hit: Spin your character while attacking to increase your effective hitbox. Catches people trying to dodge around you.
  • Swing cancel: Start an attack then quickly unequip your weapon. Fakes the attack and baits a parry. Then punish their failed parry. One of the strongest mind games in the game.

Don't Just Stand There

  • Never stand still. Stationary targets are dead targets. Always strafe, slide, or roll.
  • Use Shift Lock. Locks your camera for precise aiming during fast combat.
  • Sliding. Use slides to dodge incoming attacks and close distance quickly.
  • Rolling. Roll to avoid heavy weapon swings that would otherwise connect.
  • Spacing. Stay just outside your opponent's weapon range. Attack when they miss a swing, then back off. This alone wins fights.

Utility Items You Should Be Using

  • Kunai - Best utility item by far. Throw to stagger from range. Use to finish low-HP targets or start combos.
  • Health Splash - Heals mid-fight. Keep one ready for extended battles.
  • Stamina Splash - Restores stamina for more attacks and dodges. Essential in long fights.
  • Shuriken - Weaker than Kunai but faster throw. Good for chip damage.

Advanced Stuff That'll Give You an Edge

  • Swing canceling. Fake an attack to bait a parry, then punish. One of the strongest mind games and most players don't know how to counter it.
  • Debug mode. Enable in settings to visualize your weapon hitbox. Helps you understand your attack range precisely.
  • Reading opponents. Watch their patterns. Do they always parry first? Do they spam attacks? Adapt your strategy to exploit their habits.
  • Group fights. Don't get surrounded. Pick off isolated targets at the edge of groups.
  • Stamina management. Don't burn all your stamina attacking. Save some for dodges and parries or you're helpless.

Spending Credits Wisely

  • Complete daily quests for credits and XP. Fastest way to level up.
  • Save credits for top-tier weapons. Don't spread spending across cheap weapons you'll replace.
  • Pick one weapon archetype (Heavy or Light) and master it before trying the other.
  • Check patch notes. Weapons get buffed and nerfed regularly. Stay updated on the meta.

Why You Keep Dying

  • Panic parrying. Spamming parry gets you killed. Wait for the swing.
  • Running straight at opponents. They'll parry you every time. Approach with movement, bait first.
  • Ignoring stamina. Running out means no dodges and no parries. You're helpless.
  • Fighting groups alone. Unless you're really skilled, avoid 1v3+. Pick isolated targets.
  • Not learning parry timing. If you can't parry consistently, you'll lose to anyone who can. Period.
  • Wrong weapon for your style. Heavy weapons suit patient players. Light weapons suit aggressive players. Pick what matches you.
