The Loop
- Drag objects to the finish line → earn energy.
- Hit the gym (squats) → convert energy into strength.
- Unlock heavier objects as your strength increases.
- Rebirth for permanent multipliers when you hit thresholds.
- Repeat with better multipliers each time.
Getting Strong Fast
- Always drag the heaviest object you can move. Heavier = more energy per trip.
- Go to the gym immediately after every run. Don't stockpile energy. Convert it right away.
- Equip your best pets. They multiply your energy gains and workout speed.
- Redeem all active codes. Workout speed boosts, energy boosts, speed boosts - use them.
- Grind in the highest area you can access. Higher areas have heavier objects with more energy.
- Stack boosts together. Code boosts + pet multipliers + area bonuses = maximum gains.
Pets Are Everything
- Pets are crucial. They multiply both energy earned and strength gained from workouts.
- Always equip highest-multiplier pets. Check the numbers before equipping.
- Upgrade pets through the upgrade system to increase multipliers further.
- Farm the best eggs in your current area. Higher areas = stronger pet eggs.
- Keep pets from higher areas after rebirthing for persistent multiplier advantages.
When to Rebirth
- Rebirth as soon as it's available. The permanent energy multiplier compounds over time.
- Every 10 rebirths you can drag an additional item simultaneously.
- Multi-item pulling dramatically increases energy per run. This is the biggest power spike from rebirthing.
- Early rebirths feel slow but the multiplier makes each playthrough faster.
- Don't delay rebirths. The sooner you rebirth, the sooner you benefit from the multiplier.
Area Progression
- Push to the newest area as soon as your strength allows. Higher areas = more energy per object.
- Don't waste time in old areas. If you can move up, do it immediately.
- Each area has unique objects with increasing weight and energy rewards.
- Some areas require specific strength thresholds. Focus grinding on reaching these milestones.
Free Boosts
- Codes give temporary boosts to workout speed, energy, and movement speed.
- Always check for new codes before grinding. Fresh boosts make a huge difference.
- Redeem via the bird icon on the side of your screen.
- Codes expire regularly - use them when they're available.
Advanced Stuff
- Multi-item pulling. After enough rebirths, drag multiple objects per trip. Exponentially more efficient.
- Speed matters. Faster movement between objects and the gym = more runs per hour.
- Private servers reduce lag and interruptions. Use them for focused grinding.
- AFK workout. If available, the Auto Workout gamepass lets you gain strength passively.
What's Slowing You Down
- Dragging light objects. Always drag the heaviest thing you can move. Light objects waste time.
- Not going to the gym. Stockpiled energy does nothing. Convert it constantly.
- Ignoring pets. Pets are multipliers. No pets = slow progression.
- Delaying rebirths. Every minute without the multiplier is wasted potential.
- Staying in old areas. Move up the moment you qualify.
- Forgetting codes. Free boosts that expire. Redeem them before every session.
